Personal Care Assistants If you want to make a difference in the life of a senior, this opportunity is for you. We have openings for per diem Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in Private Duty to work up to 25 hrs. per week. Traveling between clients homes, PCAs work independently with clients who require assistance in order to remain independent within their own home. Tasks range from light housekeeping and transportation to appointments to personal care and companionship. Paid training opportunity to learn new skills! New PCAs earn $10.50 per hour. Experienced applicants must have caregiving experience and the ability to read and interpret written documentation can earn $11.50 per hour. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are critical. The PCA must be able to complete documentation timely. PCAs must have a minimum of High School Diploma or GED and be able to work a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation, auto insurance and satisfactory criminal and DMV records are mandatory.
