We also identify what types of foods you can’t eat due to allergies, sensitivities or Dietary reasons. Then we design a customized menu,and decide on a day to cook your meals. We do all the grocery shopping and arrive at your home at the predetermined time. After We have prepared all of your meals, We package and label them with easy to follow reheating instructions, leave them in your refrigerator or freezer.
