Personal success questionnaire Give yourself a point for each one of these you did yesterday... 1. Ate a healthy breakfast including a good source of protein 2. Trained hard 3. Ate at least 3 good meals with no cheats (unless earned and planned) 4. Slept for at least 7 hours and was in bed before 11pm 5. Looked at your goals and actually got emotionally excited by them. If you visualised your goal give yourself an extra bonus point. Eat, train, sleep repeat How did you do?
