Personally, I am not afraid of Ngige and Nwoye. Even if the Tribunal punched hole on Obianos election, because of the circumstance of the case, it can not give victory to either Ngige or Nwoye. They failed woefully. Hope chattering failure that left no vestige of confidence in them. The worst case scenario would have been for the candidates to go for a re-run. At the re-run the routing and political disgrace would have been completed. But this is not the case. This is a victory to all APGAns including Dr Obidigbo because the tribunals judgement reduced the battle to only APGA affair. So our attention and worry should be between Obiano and Obidigbo who is the authentic candidate of APGA in the Nov 16th guber election? That can not be determined without completely retiring the leadership tussle between Umeh and Okwu. The question is... What is the moral justification in giving judgement to Obidigbo rather than Obiano that we all sweated blood to ensure his victory? Unfortunately, our Court does not look at morals, it look at legal justification. The fact is that, it is not yet uhuru, the journey is still far and hard. Thats why I thought that this ought to be settled amicably before it gets to where we are. Hmmmmm, one prays that at the end, the head that hits the ground does not scatter to pieces because if it does everyone of us will get our own share of the blame and shame directly proportional to our roles and status, starting from Okwute to Umeh, Okwu to Menakaya and Shinkafi, Obiano to Obidigbo. The grand master himself (Ezeigbo Gburugburu) already enjoying himself in his Fathers Kingdom of Paradise had no hands in this. However, I am confident that no matter how dirty and filthy this murky waters of politics seems, APGA will come out smelling brilliantly like spring roses.
