Personally I believe that people matter and because of this I enjoy listening to your stories. It tells me so much about who you are. This past year on Facebook we have shared our blessings - babies were born, people got engaged or married. Some of us moved into a new house, bought a new car or vacationed in a new spot or published a book or wrote a new song. We celebrated our children and other family/friends successes. Others of us grieved and mourned the loss of loved ones, or the loss of a job, or a marriage or a friendship. Some have struggled with finances or with our health. These too were part of our shared stories. What Ive noticed this past year is that many of us had similar stories of happiness and sorrow. I believe that we are connected to each other because of this shared narrative we call life. Our stories are so similar that they should unite us rather than divide us. Im not sure what your story will be in 2015 or what the future holds for you but know that I pray that it will be blessed with laughter, joy, prosperity and above all love. I also pray that your sorrows will be healed and that God will do what He promised - and cause all things to work together for good in your life. This is my prayer for you all and on that note I truly wish you a Happy New Year!
