Pete is a 5 years old male Pitbull Terrier. Pete was seen abandoned by his irresponsible owner who drove his pickup truck to the field in my neighbourhood and dropped Pete off before speeding off. Since then, Pete had always been seen wandering in the area. My sister and I have been feeding him and found that he is not aggressive to people at all. One day, he was seen limping and we realised that one of his front paws was swollen. It was infested with maggots. We brought him to the vet and got it treated. Now, his wound has fully recovered. We are looking for a sincere and committed owner who would not abandon Pete like how his previous owner did. We were surprised to get to know that he is such a sweet and submissive dog, unlike the common impression of how aggressive pittbulls are. As such, Pete will be a great companion, not a guard dog.
