Peter Brocksopp Warning to all SA fishers - I Had a taste of the new marine park system last weekend, I was fishing out the back of a new exclusion Zone around the wave generator at carrickalinga just outside of the line between the two buoys. When I left to go to another spot and drove through the zone a plane swooped the site and did two laps looking for something or someone to book. These Marine Park Nazis are keen to make an example judging by their zealous response. what is even more scary it they can set exclusion zones anywhere they like, not just in sanctuary areas and give you 2 years jail for not conforming, to much power to DEWNR I think ;( environment.sa.gov.au/.../orders-and-notices No member of the public may enter the designated zone at any time in this period.
