Peter Clark- a gracious and humble person. May you rest in peace. By Elsibe Loubser McGuffog: Ive just read here on FB that one of our countrys finest artists, Peter Clarke, passed away yesterday (at age 85). His work lends such a special gaze on its subject matter and he was also a model of a man in spirit. It does feel like a whole world goes with his passing; there are times when one consciously thinks of people as role-models and gifts to humanity. This is indeed a sad April with yet another fine human being and artist passing. Many of you know the other artist I speak of, Selma. Im not sure they knew each other, but they certainly had character traits in common. May they rest in peace.
