Peter Langley - Looking back over my shoulder and how the years have flown - Been married to you longer than I have been single babe - Looking forward to having many more my love , Happy Anniversary to my Best Friend - Lover - Husband & Father of my children . Wishing you were with me today so that we could celebrate like we always do my love BUT we sure gonna make up for it come Transkei Time , and the years ahead . Much love always xxx After much reflection today I must just add - not many people gave Peter & I two years as a couple/marriage - talk about having the odds stacked against us and yet here we are today better together than ever before!! Its not always about what you have ( We had nothing but a few piece of paid up second hand furniture etc .. 2 second hand cars and that was it .. BUT we had no DEBT & NO cash .. It is not what you start with but how you prepared to do the walk together - sacrifice together and we put all this down to the total respect / trust and the love we have always had for each other. Yes there have been good times and bad times but the GOOD has always out weighted the bad and lets not forget the broke and even broker times Our very first Xmas , Peter woke up and saw that I had many little gifts under the tree for him and he had only gotten me ONE gift a Jewelry Box . In the dead of the night he crept down to his car and took out his tools and wrapped them in Xmas wrap to put under the tree. Imagine my shock and totally not understanding dirty tools wrapped as gifts - He took me in his arms and said I promise I will provide for you and our family and with these tools I will fill that jewelry box in the years to come if you can eat the bag of salt as the saying goes with me. Peter said the biggest gift a Man can give his children is love and respect there mother and always put her first - This is still his policy today and I words fail me for the THANKS for the LOVE & Support. Yes ONE person can make such a huge difference in your life and Peter sure has been mine. Well needless to say - Peter Langley a man true to his word not only filled my jewelry box but my hear with love - respect and so much more. Your one in a million my babe and sorry for sharing our very personal story for all to see but just wanted everyone to know where we have come from - how far we have come and how amazing we have been together.
