The Court of Justice sees the Plaintiff and Defendant seeking a ruling in a breach of promise case. A prejudiced Usher, biased Jury, thwarted bridesmaids – plus a philandering Judge with a wicked twinkle in his eye, take unconventional steps to make sure ‘justice’ is dispensed! On board HMS Pinafore Captain Corcoran awaits the arrival of The First Sea Lord to whom his daughter Josephine is promised. She, however, secretly loves Ralph – a humble sailor below her class. On Sir Joseph’s arrival his lack of seamanlike qualities and quirky ideas on equality convince Josephine it would be right to elope with her true love.
