Peters family lives near the Barriere Bouteille entrance to Cap Haitien. His family lives on the hillside. It was a strenuous hike/climb up to Peters sisters house, which is a one room house perched on the side of a mountain. In some sections it was a very steep incline. I dont know how people carry up a large bucket of water up the trail/incline. His mother wasnt there while we were there. We found out that Peter added the Peter to his name. His real name is Jucksene Trantilus. Peter was also able to meet his young nephew (sisters son). Please pray for Peters family. They are very poor and struggle to provide for their family. Peters brother Julien wants to visit him this summer in Port-au-Prince. Julien is a part of the Streethearts program. They have an excellent program in Cap Haitien helping out street children. Please pray for their efforts as well. We left contact information with Peters family and brother so that they can call and talk with Peter on a regular basis. It was the highlight of our trip in finding Peters family.
