Petition circulating for the chained dogs of Sumter County, Florida. If you live there or not, we recommend signing, because we can all help communities across the country by showing them we stand behind this issue. They will not heavily consider outsiders opinions, however there is power in numbers, AND given this is Florida, they may consider their tourism dollars could be negatively affected. Thank you!
