PhD studentship at Gatsby unit, UCL (early application). Gatsby units research interests include machine learning (mostly but not limited to Bayesian inference and kernel methods) and theoretical neuroscience. Full scholarship for any nationality. Tuition fee covered plus ~19500 GBP/year stipend. Usually applications open around December. This time is rather unusual. I *guess* the starting date is September 2015 (not 2014).
