Phares to NewsMax: Islamophobia is a weapon used by the Islamists to shield the Jihadists In an interview with NewsMax Dr Walid Phares argued that Islamophobia, as a charge leveled by the apologists against critics of Jihadists, is northing but a political weapon used by the militant Islamists to shield the Jihadists from being identified and countered. Phares said: we have all been accused of Islamophobia by the Islamist lobby when we tried to warn about the Jihadi ideology and its consequences, that is the movement and the terror the latter produces. The author of Future Jihad said the Obama Administrations advising body on the Middle East and the Muslim world are using the same arguments produced by either the Muslim Brotherhood orr the Iranian regime. He asked: President Obama and other European leaders often say that the ideology of the terrorists is a criminal one. But why dont they explain what is this ideology as previous US Presidents have exposed Nazism, fascism and Communism?
