To discuss the new PIC reporting to the board of pharmacy that started on September 30th. Any change in PIC must be reported to the board. 4. To discuss the impact of the DEA classification of Hydrocodone (HCP) into schedule 2. 5. To discuss the epidemic of prescription drug addiction (mostly Hydrocodone and other opiates such as Oxyxodone along with certain ADHD meds). Did you know that 99% of the WORLD hydrocodone is consumed in the United States? 6. To discuss what does corresponding responsibility really mean. 7. To discuss the most common violations cited by Board of Pharmacy inspectors and what you can do to become compliant. 8. To discuss the new focus by the Board of Pharmacy on the Pharmacy Manager or PIC to be responsible for compliance. 9. To discuss all new Pharmacy Rules and regulations and upcoming changes!
