Phase 1 of my liver procedure went very well. I have to lay and take it easy for the next couple of days which is going to be hard because I do feel so good. When my ct scan was done on Thursday. I have progression of cancer in my liver and both my lungs. More in my lungs than my liver. I have to talk with Dr. Musgraves on Monday about a chemo treatment she feels will at least slow down the spread. Dr. Kim (Duke radiation doctor) said I could do both chemo and this liver embolization treatment at the same time. I feel like it is going to be a very laid back summer for me. Dr. Uronis (Duke oncologist) will be discussing my case with Dr. Musgraves early next week. Wasnt the best news but as well as everything went for me. I am just following Gods plan for me. I have been blessed again and again and again and again. Everyone have a great weekend!!
