Phata Poster Nikhla Hero: 2nd Friday Box Office Collections: Phata Poster Nikhla Hero hasn’t been able to soar at the box office much. The film on its 2nd Friday earned in the range of 1.15 crores at the domestic box office. The film’s total earnings has so far gathered to a total of 33.15 crores, which is decent. Shahid Kapoor’s Dabangg avatar as imposter cop Vishwaas Rao is ace and has been well received by most critics. However, the film’s execution is what hasn’t been in sync with Rajkumar Santoshi’s usual standard. Commercially star value matters more and Shahid still has a long way to go before his films can do a Khiladi, Rowdy or a Dabangg! Nevertheless, the movie is still doing better business in the single screens and has chances to pick up in the weekend. Komal Nahta
