Phew! Day 18 insanity max 30 complete!!! I tried mixing up my workout time today for something different than my usual early morning routine, and I have to say I didnt like it. I almost lost motivation to do it! I had to peel myself off my butt and freakin drag myself to the computer to press play but I am so glad I did! I think I will stick to my AM workouts for now. I maxed out early, but Tabata Strength is HARD and I did really well overall. The biggest thing about max 30 is that you arent supposed to save your strength to get through. You are supposed to push and push and fail and fail to get the results. That is the hardest thing for me to get through my head. I find myself pacing in order to survive and then I have to remind myself that I am supposed to fail! I also learned today that it is mind over matter. I had to tell myself i cant do it over and over and eventually I believed it! Love this program. I feel great. Anyone want to try it? :) #letmehelpyou #imaxedout #jennydoesinsanitymax30 #iamso80s
