Phillipians 4:13 I can do ALL things through Christ which is my strength. Lesson : As we grow up, we are taught how to be independent; how to have independent thinking. We are expected to rely on our acquired abilities and understanding. And whenever, we fall short of the demands of life, we fail because of our human limitations. God wants you to know that there is a higher level of achievement for you because Jesus is your ability. Dont try to do things by your power, knowldege, skills, understanding, and resources alone. Use the wisdom, power and ability of God. And you shall NEVER fail. Had the pleasure of watching an interview between Tyler Perry and Oprah. In the interview, he explains that his success is totally due to the grace of God and His divine plan for him. He alone would not have been able to achive what he did. He explained how he stepped out in faith, as a 23 year old, producing and performing his 1st play. For 6 years he was not making ends meet, with on average on 30 people attending the show. The day he said to the Lord, hes packing it up, has had enough of this, the Lord told him you dont quit unless I tell you. I was testing your commitment, to see if you are ready. God told him to look out the window and when He did, a line of people was snaking around the building to attend his show. They had not been there before. The rest, is history. He even has a chapel at the Tyler Perry Studios. Like Tyler, like my Man of God Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, you too can be an extraordinary success. Just recognise that it is THROUGH CHRIST, YOUR ABILITY. With love
