Phone etiquette: If the person youre calling doesnt answer that means they are busy doing something else at the moment and will gladly return your call at their earliest convenience. Please leave a message. What it does not mean. Keep calling incessantly over and over again. If I dont answer the first time you can bet your sweet ass I aint gonna answer it the next ten times you call. Its about common decency, respect and good manners. All of which most be lost on some people. If I call you repeatedly I am on fire or dying and I could really use some help about right now. Otherwise Ill leave a message and wait for you to call me back just like may parents taught me to. I feel like this isnt something I shouldnt have to say.
