Phones4u are a bunch of bastards!! Poor customer service and shitty communication! 3 months this has gone on and they have the cheek to tell us after all this time that joshs phone cant be fixed after demanding payment right at the beginning and saying that there are cracks and liquid damage is just bullshit! That phone had a simple screen problem and the case had NOTHING wrong with it. They told us it had been fixed just last week and it was a good thing dad checked the phone before leaving their shop. Just atrocious! DONT TRUST THEM!
