Photizo Devotional Guide 8th-December-2014 GOD’S OWN GOODNESS Psalms 65:11 says, You crown the year with YOUR goodness, and your paths drip with abundance. Your days of lavish overflow of favour and abundance are now upon you. They will come upon you like the relentless rising of the ocean tide. Things will begin to happen quickly (Amos 9:13) in a way that you wouldn’t believe if you were told. (Hab 1:5) The above scripture reveals that God has His own goodness. This goodness is far over and above what you think is good for you. (Eph 3:20 AMP) Notice also in the above verse that when God crowns the year with goodness, He leaves behind so much abundance it is dripping! ISV says “You crown the year with your goodness; your footsteps drop prosperity behind them.” In other words, as you follow God, you enjoy the prosperity He drops in His paths. All you need do is stick to His ways. God wants to exceed your targets and efforts to make things you don’t deserve happen in your finances, business and spiritual life. Arise from the struggles, defeat, failure and rejection by acknowledging that God’s goodness is more real than that situation. The table is turned around – Psa 126:1. The Lord Himself has opened His hands to satisfy your heart desires.
