Photo Update: Manzo M. from Hope RI. Manzo is a 1 yr old Cane Corso, recently neutered male, who is here for Positive Socialization Training and to learn some solid Manners. Manzo arrived here for Boarding a few weeks ago and it was clear that, if the owner planned to keep this power-breed in a home with other pets and children, that they (owner and dog) were both in need of a little Intervention. First, we had Manzo neutered (great job done by Dr. Same Lester at Coventry Animal Hospital) and after his convalescence, we began to socialize him with specific, hand-picked dogs. The pictures below signify his learning process. In these photos, he is learning from, while playing with, Juneau (a young female Husky) and Gracie (our stall-wart female honorary Pack dog). I think the photos can clearly signify some progress on the Socialization front!!
