Sheppard pup was being deprived of water behind my father in laws house by his owner in Encio Park at 1604/281. He kept digging under the fence to get water. Today he was found with his mouth zip tied. Owner is not expected to face charges for animal cruelty. Please help! 5 days and he will be put down if no one can find a home for him. We have two rescue dogs ourselves as many of you do. So please share and lets find a forever home with family who will love him. ACS has named him Zip.
