Photos of just some of the local projects which I visited at the BT Young Scientist Exhibition. As a scientist myself I have to say that I was really impressed with the ideas for the projects & the standards. Great credit is due to the students & their teachers who assisted with some 40 local projects, from Roscommon, Galway, Leitrim, Lanesborough & Athlone Per capita, we were better represented than Dublin! Fingers crossed that some of them will continue on with a career in this field.
