Phuong Banh Mi - Hanoi, Vietnam. 3 different kinds here: grilled chicken and cheese (bottom), pork and pate topped with a fried egg (middle) and a queenslander burger (their name, top). 6/5 pickle rating.. Totes amazeballs! Impossibly crunchy yet soft and pillowy baguettes. Amazingly fresh herbs, nice chilli kick. They make their own pate, slow braise their pork hocks, make their own sausages and char Sui pork also.. It is not possible to eat a better banh mi than this. Coming back to sydney and eating from Hong Ha in mascot, or marrickville pork roll shop will be a disappointment for ever now unfortunately. Also worth a mention, this entire plate cost $3.25 (the extra 25c covered the egg on the pork one)
