PiYO modification moves! Its a glorious day when you get to start it with a workout!! This is part of the PiYO warm up series. One of the many things I love about PiYO is that with every move and flow there are different ways to do it depending on you - whatever works for you! Here I show the regular and modified version of this flowing movement. Throughout any of the workouts, depending on the move, sometimes I can do the maximum move, some moves its staying with the regular move, and some moves I have to use the modifier because Im just not to the strength or flexbility places yet. The point is.... as long as YOU keep showing up EVERYDAY to PRESS PLAY and you keep MOVING, you will succeed!! ;)
