PiYo Move of the Day!! This one is actually a short series of moves combined. Its one of my favorites from the Core workout! 1. Lie on your back- feet straight out 2. Raise up vertebrae by vertebrae keeping your feet and legs on the floor! If you get stuck on the way up, use your elbows to give yourself some assistance. 3. Go into side plank 4. Drop hip down and back up, but keep the weight pulled up out if your shoulder! 5. Move into PiYo pike. Keep your weight in your front grounded foot 6. Drop your knee and lower back down to a seated position 7. Lower back down vertebrae by vertebra! 8. Repeat 4 more times and then do the other side! Like after you try this move!
