PiYo Push-up Begin in standing position with legs together. Curl down bending at the hip until hands reach ground. Take 3 steps out with your hands (right, left, right) into a plank position. Do 3 Tricep Push-ups. Keep elbows tight to body and turn hands out a bit to help with arm positioning. Can do on knees or hold plank if needed. Go back to standing taking 3 steps with hands. Curl body up, one vertebra at a time, to a standing position. Do 1 Squat. To see more videos check out my youtube channel. youtube/fitzip
