Kenya Cagles screenplay highlights Nat as a political and religious leader, as well as a family man, and has also another great merit: black women slaves are represented as active participants in the fight for freedom. EGYPT - 12/12/2013 Being my first fictional book read on this era, Prophet is quite a challenging task as the period the author goes through is quite a difficult and emotional. The fact that he was able to put down the story in the way he did is quite amazing , Ive enjoyed reading it tremendously. TEXAS - 3/16/2014 I found this screenplay to be a most engaging and captivating story. Having read several screenplays, I must say that this is one that is done right. Even Blake Snyder would agree that this is top shelf. What drew me into the story was the realistic portrayal of the people and events. In addition to making the characters believable, the empathy that is written into them makes you become emotional invested into the plot.
