Picked up a dog that had been hit by a car tonight. It was already dead but we didnt want to leave him there. Small male pitbull, looked younger. Intact, tan and looked to have some white markings but it was hard to tell for sure. He had a leather collar with short spikes and a blue bone shaped tag with the name Bones on one side and an address off of Klevin st. and a bad number on the other side. He was on Minnesota, Southbound lane just south of the International onramp. Animal control was closed so we took his body to Diamond Animal Hospital until animal control can pick him up tomorrow.
