Picked up our car from being shipped Dallas to Kaiserslautern. It was only a little over a week late so that was expected. No cosmetic damage that we could see but our car was beyond filthy (expected). However, it was not drivable. Being a brand new car with less than 22,000 miles and us dropping it off running perfectly fine its a little bit frustrating. Of course IAL refuses to pay for mechanical damages, and its costed us 300€ (about $380 with current exchange rate). Being right during holiday season this obviously sucks!
