Picking up where we left off with Jen, we want to give another shoutout to an individual who has been killing it as of late: Noel the beast Lee. Even with a work schedule thats heavy on traveling, he still manages to fit in his workouts no matter where he is. His strength has been progressing perfectly and here he is smashing a 370lb deadlift for 7 reps with his previous best being 335 for 8! This guy is going to do some damage come November for his first powerlifting competition. Great job Noel! #TeamASW
