Picture No one stepped up for this boy, no one had a space.... He is dead now.... That is 8 today that I now know of, and people dont understand why we get angry, and upset and sound off, the constant complaints because you have posted something harsh, or (dog forbid) used a swear word. Its hard to contain those feelings when you are personally involved in trying to get a dog safe and into foster or rescue, you watch the plot to their murder unfold before your eyes, and you push and beg for someone to come forward to help, and no one can! So you watch helplessly, waiting for that call, PM, post saying its too late. You hang your head, and you know you have failed. I know there is always another dog waiting. I know how many we have all saved, but it doesnt stop the pain and heartache when we fail. So forgive or not, our tetchy comments, our bad language, our angry posts, but understand this, its not about you, its about the animals, and if people put in half the effort in sharing and helping post these death row souls, as they do with complaining, these posts may have gone viral, we may have saved Buddy and all the others. Think about it, please............Buddy....RIP.
