Picture for Attention (it is form google) Do you guys use EGO Control? when is a good time to have it ON.. when should it be OFF? is it good to obtain logs with it ON? from what i understand this is how this works: with eGO on, MS uses the AFR table as target AFRs. given that you have hopefully a pretty accurate wideband reading, the MS will make adjustments to the fuel table to match the given AFRs. problem is when WB goes bye-bye and pegs you RICH when in fact it is LEAN, it will command LESS fuel causing a VERY lean mixture..or viceversa (i think the opposite is better) thats why it has two sensor inputs? redundancy? in any case...this sounds easy enough...but is it? could i just set my EGO Afr targets and be done? lol..sounds too easy to be true... but again, going back...when is it needed?
