Pierces day is off to a great start. He had an uneventful night which is an answer to prayers. His blood pressure did not go up and he did not experience bone pain. His temperature remains normal. He feels good today although his face is a bit puffy. Ive not yet confirmed with the doctors but I assume that is from the blood he received and fluids they are pumping into him. He ate a great lunch and is 40 ounces in to his 60 ounces of water. We are now in school mode and he is getting some of his required reading done while Mom works. The earliest we will be discharged is Friday. It takes 48 hours to grow cultures and they have to see clean results before theyll let us leave.
