Pike River what would you expect from Solid Energy. Oddly in my role as a barman I have had the opportunity to meet members of both the Mine Inspectorate and Mines Safety these are the people who have consistently said that a reentry is possible. These people do not strike me as gun-ho risk life and limb but people who really understand the nature of underground mining. Things that I can never understand. I tend to think of them like extreme adventures,They want the challenge they know the risks but they also want to live another day. Contrast these people to the board of Solid Energy and well. For the families oft the men of Pike River the pain of the loss is very real and our thoughts are with you as always.
