I filled an application for my mom, and surprise she dont qualify because my dad have the cheapest line with cricket and just for receiving SSI he gets a 5 dlls discount. I bet that if my mom had a bunch of kids, tons of food stamps, and not working she would get one, and iPhone, like many that I see around. Now she elderly. No help!!!
