Pilgrimage, Day 7, London, part 1. With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Mark, Archimandrite Irenei presided over the Monday morning Divine Liturgy at the Cathedral of the Dormition and Royal Martyrs in Chiswick, London, together with cathedral priest Father Vitaly. Reader Nicholas Mabin then provided a tour of the cathedral, with the opportunity to venerate its extraordinary collection of relics and precious, historical icons. The cathedral parish is truly blessed, peaceful and sacred, and the warmth of the community evidenced in their eagerness to provide us with breakfast, to welcome us with kind words, and even see off our van at the end of the visit with prayers. A true blessing and source of spiritual strength for our day.
