Pinamalayan has again proven what it takes to be a prime town by staging a spectacular production of MUTYA NG PINAMALAYAN 2014. Last nights pageast was indeed a tremendous success. Of course, one big factor here is the collaboration of the cream directors of Oriental Mindoro. Who would think of bringing together Tito Banjo Cleofe, Chavit Zulueta, Lito Napolitano and I? Actually Chavit, Lito and I were Tito Banjos protegees. Thru his tutellage, three have become creative and dynamic directors. And their collaboration in the just concluded MUTYA NG PINAMALAYAN resulted to a production of usequalled magnitude. But of course, this was made possible through the unwavering support of many people. And for those who worked together and contributed for the unparalleled triumph of MUTYA NG PINAMALAYAN 2014, (employees of Municipality of Pinamalayan, Hon. Wilfredo Hernandez, Hon. Aristeo Baldos, Municipal Councilors, Sir Ricky Mocling, Pinamalayan Municipal Tourism Office, Mam Blenn, Francis Jay Salcedo, Robin Tapeño, Dennis Dilay, Keith Venice, Jayson, candidates, handlers, make up artists, and of course to my family) my heartfelt gratitude to all of you.
