Invite bandhas to the game(engage them!) -Neck is RELAXED AND HEAD HANGS FREELY :) -Engage quads to straighten legs -Walk your feet toward our hands as much as possible while keeping your legs straight! PINCHA MAYURASANA: -Elbows directly underneath shoulders... Elbows and wrist in one line and spread your fingers WIDE! NO TEXTING FINGERS -Shoulder blades MELT TOWARD SIDE RIBS -externally rotate shoulder so you can broaden collarbones -lift back of the head up towards ceiling!!!! -IF YOU HAVENt Say HI TO BANDHAS DO IT RIGHT NOW LOL -low ribs in -engage quads to straighten legs REACH UP THROUGH ALL PARTS OF YOUR LEGS AND FEET :) LET GO OF CONTROL AMD SURRENDER!
