It is amusing to recall that before he was appointed by P-Noy as the so-called rehab czar, he was like an empty can, clanging and clangin, that his name was even used, like Joker, by the DBM of bad Abad in some disbursement of DAP without his knowledge and consent. Then he became mum on it when he was put by P-Noy to that high profile position. A victim of P-Noys manipulation to zip his mouth from talking about his corrupt DAP to be corrupt? Well, he can resume doing his role of clanging and clanging can on the matter of DAP, and initiate filing charges against Abad for having used his name in some disbursements of DAP without his knowing and approval. Who knows that by in doing so, his rank in coming presidential preference surveys might rise up from being the tail ender in the last Pulse Asia survey of the same.
