MANILA - Filipino DJ Carlo Atendido, the lone Asian representative in the competition, placed third at this years Red Bull Thre3style World DJ Championships held in Baku, Azerbaijan on September 6. Atendido, who won the local leg back in July, battled it out with five other finalists from countries such as the USA, Germany, Ireland, and Brazil. He eventually lost out to Eskei83 (Germany) and DJ Flip (Ireland), who finished first and second respectively. Thank you, everyone for the constant support! Its really been overwhelming. I cant thank you guys enough for everything youve done for me, Atendido wrote in his official Facebook account. I promise Ill do better next time, he added.
