Pioneer Youth football club Organiser in the Formal. Bendel State and founder of the World Famous. Samco Stars international youth football club of Benin city Rev. Sam Idemudia Davies has passed on. He won the Gothia world youth cup in Sweden in 1981, building the career foundation for such stars as Christopher Ohenhen , Ikponwosa Omoregie and Osaro Obobaifo. Let me place it on record here that my own career as a youth football coach which culminated in my winning the 1992 Gothia World Cup was greatly influenced by Pa Samco. RIP mentor! May your soul rest in peace.
