August 5th, 6:42am I personally am sick of the way people at medtromics treat you i am on a fixed income my insurance pays all but a very small portion of my bill but we have no extra money for the copay we owe $200.00 for the whole year or a l so my wife calls to see if there is any help for low income they send me two canulas for help and said that is all they can do when my wife ask for any kind of help or what to do because i have to use the same canula for 5 days at times til we can come up with two hundred dollars they told me it was to bad ,,,,,,,,,,,she asked so what is suppose to do die and and the lady at medtronics said i am sorry there is nothing we can do to help ,,,,,this company makes hundreds of THOUSANDS OF dollars of my insurance company,,,,,,,and make more than just diabetes supplies i have had no money and have been waiting ON MY ORDER FORR TWO MONTHS because of two hundred dollars ,,,,well i am calling ANIMAS today and asking medicare to switch me back to a company who gives at rats a$$ about the customer and not so much the money yes i understand the copay but come on you get 4x that much from my insurance on one order, but at least animas tries to help in any situation,,,at least with animas copay or not they sent you the supplies and allowed you to make very small payments and as well found help for you and never once told my wife too bad if he dont have his supplies ,,,,,,,and as we all know in this heat these canulas fail to stick so i have one left and no money to get any more ,,,,,,,,,,,,,and i guess with a 400 blood sugar from my last one that i have been wearing for a week i will switch to the very last sample and then i g hope i am alive or i dont pass from high blood sugars if this one canula fails THANKS MEDTRONICS FOR ALL YOUR UNSUPPORT THAT YOU GIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND HELP FOR THOSE IN NEED !!!!!!!!!!!!I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MEDICAL COMPANY SO GREEDY THAT THEY WILL NOT TRY TO HELP LOWER INCOME PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE.....HAVE A WONDERFULL UNSTRESSFULLDAY MEDTRONICS AS I FIGURE OUT A WAY TO KEEP ONE CANULA ON TILL IT FAILS ,,,,JUST GOES TO SHOW THE BIGGER COMPANIES ARE VERY GREEDY PEOPLE AND HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE HEATH AND SAFTEY OF ITS CUSTOMERS..ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!
