Pistachio Cake 1 Duncan Hines white cake mix 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups of water 1/4 cup of oil 1 package of pistachio pudding 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract 7-8 drops of green food coloring Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray a bundt pan with Pam. Mix all of the ingredients together at medium spped for about two minutes. Spoon into the bundt pan and tap to remove the bubbles. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the cake pulls away from the pan. Allow to cool and turn out of the bundt pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
