Pit Bulls and Pit Bull Mixes are more often then not overlooked at shelters primarily due to an overall lack of First hand knowledge regarding Bully Breeds. I am here to tell everyone that will listen 2 things which i know to be True about pit bulls and mixes! Number 1:" Pit Bulls and Mixes are a total product of the environment in which they are raised" just like any canine,When treated with love and kindness any canine makes a wonderful companion! the Breed absolutely has nothing to do with it! Period!!. Number 2: Pit Bulls and Pit bull mixes are the Breed most often killed by shelters! Not because they are mean or vicious?"But because people refuse to give them a chance" despite the fact that Pit Bulls and mixes like my Godzilla who was adopted by the way from an Arizona shelter nearly 1 year ago by myself! are amazingly playful and loving creatures with a wagging tail for everyone willing to pet them! and kisses for even total strangers are given freely!
