Pit bull should be banned . I just witnessed a pit bull attack a man walking down the street for no apparent reason as he screamed for help I helped him hold the pitbull down from attacking him I think these dogs should be band or should have stricter rules when you have an animal like that this . There should be stricter laws ,owners should have registration and insurance for these types of dogs ,every dog 50 and over pounds should always have a muzzle on with a chain . Its owners cannot afford fees registration or any type of harness for these type of dogs they shouldnt have one at all and should be held accountable for all damage is done to the person and medical attention needed and owners should also be find $10,000 if they do not abide by the laws for these dogs. I am so upset. God forbid if it was a mother with a child walking down the street and that dog came to attack them. I am an animal lover and wish no harm
