Piyo push up series. Slowly roll down, walk out to plank in four counts. Lift right leg, lift left leg, one tricep push-up. Push back up into downdog split with right leg. Bring ankles down and connect as you float back into plank. Repeat four times. Go back up into down dog split, then being right knee to right elbow and kick out. Repeat four times. Stop in plank and walk hands back, roll up slowly and drop a squat. Repeat everything on the left side to complete one round. Do 4 rounds! Its a great workout and only takes about 25 minutes.
