Pizza #10: Margarita. Four day old dough. It was pretty good. Pizza #11: Roman artichokes, roasted tomatoes, sliced kalamata olives, bits of fresh mozzarella, and olive oil with just a tad of pesto in it. This was really good! Christopher A Moyer - so, one thing is bugging me - the mozzarella. Its like it disintegrates. I thought maybe those little pearls were too small so on the margarita I used slices of fres mozzarella. Its still kind of weird. Maybe its okay, but it doesnt look very pretty. I even kept the mozzarella in the fridge until I put it on so it was cool. Just seems obliterated. Tastes okay. You have any comments on that? BTW, I think the photo makes it look like it was heavier on the tomato than it actually was. Both were very good, the second was was exceptional. My neighbor came over and shared them with me, took photos to send to his mom. ;-)
